Currently serving as President – Sales at ABS India, he specializes in leadership, process optimization and team management. Some of his major accomplishments include working with niche division (Telecom) at a time, when its industry was still in its nascent period and delivering exponential growth. He played a pivotal role in launching VPN, internet and data center services in India, demonstrating expertise in business transformation and customer relations.

Dr. Vinaya Sindigi has led ABS India’s marketing efforts for over two decades, our team excels in driving robust ROI from marketing campaigns across South Asia. We have achieved distinction by meticulously quantifying the outcomes of our initiatives, ensuring our strategies are both data informed and impact focused. As a channel revenue leader for overseas business, his current role emphasizes not just the growth of channel revenue but also the strategic expansion within key markets such as the Maldives, Nepal and Bangladesh. He has successfully cultivated a deep expertise in enhancing channel performance and delivering business results.

Anil’s key responsibilities include designing solutions, delivering technical specifications, supporting sales, post sales, logistics and making techno-commercial pitch to all our clients. His focus is on verticals such as defense, transportation (metro, rail, and airports), petrochemicals and utilities. He is also in charge of solutions and commercials for small accounts. A certified pre-sales expert from Alcatel-Lucent, Anil has over 28 years experience. He holds a BE degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from NIT, Srinagar.

Nimesh Bhatt handles the entire post sales support functions. Cutting his teeth with Alcatel-Lucent, Nimesh was an integral part of their solutions and services business for over 13 years. A highly decorated enterprise solutions expert with over 29 years of solid experience, he is responsible for post sales support at ABS India. He also is responsible for nurturing talent and manages training and knowledge development activities in cutting edge technologies and soft-skills. He has handled assignments in BPL Telecom & MFI Office Solutions East Africa earlier.

Zion Jesse is a strategic and determined HR leader with 16+ years of experience, specializing in HR practices, business partnering, competency mapping and change management. Renowned for collaborating with CXOs to implement transformational strategies for organizational efficiency. She has successfully led initiatives in Diversity & Inclusion, CSR and Ethics. Passionate about creating a balanced work environment that prioritizes performance, upskilling and mental well-being.

Prabhakar holds a graduate degree in commerce and is a qualified Company Secretary. Prior to joining ABS India, he worked with LMW and ELGI group of companies. He joined ABS India in 2003. As the Company Secretary & Chief Financial Officer, Prabhakar is tasked with running the legal, taxation and accounting functions of ABS India smoothly. His core skills are in the areas of corporate & taxation laws and finance & accounting which he has honed over a fruitful period of over 25 years.
