Rajesh Madan is Country Director - Strategic Business, with a key responsibility of business development of large projects within India. He began his career with the Alstom and Samtel Group, which he left in 1988 to work with Alcatel-Lucent. There, during his stay of 10+ years, he enthusiastically led various functions like presales, channel management and heading Project Management while driving key project executions and maintain profitability.
With over 21+ years of stellar experience in the areas of business operations, business development, and sales and marketing, Rajesh has successfully overseen execution of key assignments in the areas of telecom, enterprise network solutions, and IT services and IT outsourcing in India, Europe and South East Asia.
Rajesh Madan holds a post graduate degree from IMT Ghaziabad.
Anil Agrawal General Manager – Solutions . Anil's key responsibilities include designing solutions, delivering technical specifications, supporting sales, post sales, logistics, and making techno-commercial pitch to all our clients. His focus is on verticals such as defense, transportation (metro, rail, and airports), petrochemicals, and utilities. He is also in charge of solutions and commercials for small accounts
A certified pre-sales expert from Alcatel-Lucent, Anil has over 20 years’ experience. He holds a BE degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from NIT, Srinagar.
Prabhakar holds a graduate degree in Commerce and is a qualified Company Secretary. Prior to joining ABS India, he worked with LMW and ELGI Group of Companies. He joined ABS India in 2003.
As the CFO and Company Secretary, Prabhakar is tasked with running the Legal, Taxation and Accounting functions of ABS India smoothly. His core skills are in the areas of Corporate & Taxation laws and Finance & Accounting which he has honed over a fruitful period of over 15 years.
Nimesh Bhatt is Vice President - Customer Support and handles the entire post sales support functions. Cutting his teeth with Alcatel-Lucent, Nimesh was an integral part of their solutions and services business for over 13 years. A highly decorated enterprise solutions expert with over 18 years of solid experience, he is responsible for post sales support at ABS India. He also is responsible for nurturing talent and manages training and knowledge development activities in cutting edge technologies and soft-skills.
Nimesh Bhatt graduated with an engineering degree from the University of Pune. He has handled assignments in BPL Telecom & MFI Office Solutions East Africa earlier. He is a bibliophile, music buff, and an inveterate traveler.
Dr. Vinaya is ABS India's Head of Marketing & Channel Sales. He owns the key functions of marketing i.e. like branding, marketing communication, campaign management, lead generation and management. As a head of Channel Sales he is responsible for channel revenues from India, Maldives, Nepal & Bangladesh. He is also in charge of processes & quality at ABS India.
A consummate marketing professional with over 18 years of experience in the field of marketing, business planning, research, analysis and business development with leading telecommunication service & solutions providers, Dr. Vinaya has an enriched career working with telecommunication majors - Alcatel Business Systems India Pvt Ltd, Pacific Internet India Pvt Ltd, Bharti Telenet Ltd. & Tata Teleservices Ltd.
Dr. Vinaya was awarded a doctorate for his PhD thesis titled "Evolving An Integrated Telecom Strategy For The Next Decade - An Indo UK Perspective" in 2008 from the Karnataka University, Dharwad. When he is not managing the ABS India brand, he is busy satiating his love for the game of cricket and sport of F1 car racing.
Apart from professional work, he has been actively involved in academics. He is associated with few management institutes as an adjunct faculty.
Krishna K S is Head - Supply chain at ABS India and is responsible for overall supply chain functions including purchase, stores, and delivery. He has a rich experience of over 23years in purchase and stores functions. Krishna holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from SJCE, Mysore University. Before ABS India, he held key positions in Purchase for over 12 years at Buhler India Limited, a Swiss manufacturing company.
