Key Skills:

  • The right candidate will be required to market Router & Switch(Active Networking) and associated application products like NMS(Security Product, Network, IP Management).
  • The candidate should be able to analyze communication needs design and present customized communication solutions to the client.
  • The job will include generating prospects, making sales, ensuring deployment of the equipment and final closure of the deals. The candidate will be required to develop accounts and manage relationships.

Key Skills:

  • Acts as the subject matter expert regarding all "OEM" products, including. IP Telephony, Voice Over IP, Data, LAN WAN and all OEM product solutions.
  • Leads technical discovery and qualification meetings for prospective customers and is responsible for educating prospective customers on the benefits of "Our Solution Offerings” which to include evaluations, presentations and proposals to take place on conference calls and/or site visits.
  • Participates or leads sales strategy discussions with the account team, understanding customer business and technical drivers.

Customer Support Engineer

Dept: CS

Qualification: BE/Diploma In Electronics and Communications Or B.Sc in physics and Electronics

Preferred Age Group 25 to 30

Experience (Yrs.) 3 to 4

  • Candidate must know and have experience in support of EPABX telecommunication equipment – Preferred working knowledge of any of these makes Alcatel-Lucent, Avaya, Siemens Etc.
  • Candidate must able to identify, assess and find solutions to the various technical problems.
  • Candidate must able to visit and inspect sites regularly to conduct Preventive Maintenance.
  • Candidate must be able to promptly work in emergencies and be equipped to handle disruptions of service with good analytical skills
  • Bit of Design / pre sales experience will be an added advantage.
